Isotype

Isotype Overview

Isotype Control refers to the use of the same species source, the same subtype, the same dose and the same immunoglobulin and subtype of immunoglobulin as the primary antibody. Isotype Control is also a negative control, and its main purpose is to determine that the binding of the primary antibody is specific and not a non-specific Fc receptor or interaction with other proteins. KYINNO offers over 20 human IgG isotypes with Fc modifications and control antibodies for diverse targets. Our products have passed molecular weight test, purity analysis, stability analysis, affinity and bioactivity verification as well as been used in function and in vivo assay.
