Phage Display Technology
Phage Display Technology Overview
Phage display technology is a versatile approach that relies on the genetic modification of bacteriophages to present foreign proteins on their capsid surfaces. This technology has gained widespread popularity in antibody-antigen research due to its simplicity, convenience, speed, and cost-effectiveness. KYinno has developed a human naïve Fab library that harnesses the power of phage display. This library offers a broad spectrum of specificities and is readily amenable to panning with various antigens, including those with low immunogenicity or high toxicity levels that would be unsuitable for traditional immunization. Moreover, leveraging a pre-established mouse model, we can generate VHH, scFv, or Fab libraries post-immunization, catering to the diverse antibody screening needs of our clients.
